Usage elementary easy

Both for two; all for three or more.

Rules

1. "Both" = the two (of two): Both brothers are engineers. 2. "All" = every one of three or more: All students passed. 3. "Both of + plural pronoun": both of them. 4. "All of us/them". 5. "Not both" means only one; "not all" means some.

Explanation

Use both for exactly two items and all for three or more. "Both the answers are correct."
